HOW TO BUY A FORKLIFT ONLINE
Buying a Toyota forklift truck online is easier than ever. Simply navigate through categories, search for specific trucks and choose different payment options. We offer free delivery on most of our trucks and we contact you throughout for a smooth delivery. If you need help on what truck to choose, have a chat with us - we are happy to support.

Step 1. Find a truck
Check out our search tips:
If you're looking for a specific truck, use our search box located at the top and simply type a keyword.
On 'Our Products' page you can explore our product range per category, product features, load capacity, price and etc. Use our various filters to narrow down the results to fit your needs.
We try our best to stock different trucks to satisfy customer demand, but some models can be temporarily unavailable.
If you want to be notified when the product is back in stock, click on 'Alert me', and we'll send an e-mail when the truck model you're interested in comes back in stock.
When you receive the e-mail informing you that the product is available, return to our web store to place your order.
Follow our search tips to find a truck that best fits your operation. If you are unable to find a truck that suits your needs, contact us and we will guide you through the many options we offer.
If you want to compare different truck models, click on the 'Compare' button and review options.
Click on the product you want to learn more about and get ready to buy.
Step 2. Choose a truck and select options
Take a look through the product details, images, specs, videos, and features.
To make sure that the truck suits your operation you may customise it by choosing from the options and add-ons we offer, e.g. wheels, forks, mast types and etc.
Follow our guides to learn more about wheels types, pallets or hand pallet trucks.
Then click on the 'Add to cart' button to proceed.
When buying used trucks you will be able to choose financial and service options. Select your preferred options and proceed to checkout.
Step 3. Place your order
If you're a registered user then just sign in to your account.
If you're not registered yet then simply do by filling our form. Provide your address details, where you would like us to deliver your order and billing information.
Choose how you would like the trucks to be delivered. We offer two ways of shipping: delivered to you or collect.
From the payment options, select your preffered payment method - invoice or credit card. If selecting credit card, fill out your card details.
Review your order details, read our Terms & Conditions and check the box. Click 'send order' to continue with the payment.
If you have received a promotional code from us - just enter your code and click 'apply code'. The price will then be updated.
Complete the checkout process in these four steps.
Step 4. Delivery

Your truck is on its way to you!
We will make sure that you receive an e-mail with all order details. When the order is confirmed by back-office personnel, you will receive an email confirmation entitled 'Your order confirmation'.
