Shipment & Delivery

At Toyota we manufacture our trucks with "just in time" in mind. We have a local stock in United Kingdom and strive to always give you short delivery. The estimated delivery time communicated on products sold online will be confirmed as soon as we have recived your order. Our customer service will separately make you more informed about the expected delivery date to ensure a smooth process.

If you have made multiple purchases you may receive more than one dispatch email, each with the details of the individual deliveries. Your goods may also arrive separately on different days. Please contact us if your goods have not been received within the time frame outlined on your dispatch emails.

Our products are delivered by freight carrier on weekdays during normal office hours. At the moment we only deliver within United Kingdom.


You will receive your payment on account. The invoice will be delivered on the delivery date and is within 7 days due net. If you want a product finance, you can leave us at any time to send a message through our contact form. We will gladly submit an offer.

When you place an order, send in a rental request or a service request, we will creat an account for you. You can check your account and order status any time by visiting My Account.
