Experienced technicians
Service - Experienced technicians
Do you have a passion for engineering? Are you interested in servicing and maintaining a range of materials handling trucks? Do you want to work as part of a team to provide high quality service to customers?
If you have experience working in the materials handling sector or have related experience in engineering, then we could have the right role for you. We have a range of service technician roles, operating in the field or at customer sites across the UK, on both powered and manual equipment. Plus roles in our preparation centres in Warrington, Castleford and Old Dalby.
All new service technicians will take part in a 25 day structured training programme known as STEP (Service Technician Education Programme). This will help you to develop your technical skills as well as learning about the practicalities of the role. Training is ongoing and all technicians will continue to develop their skills with training on new products, technology and processes.
Experienced sales roles
Sales - Experienced sales roles
Do you have a passion for sales? Are you interested in helping customers choose the right materials handling trucks and solutions for their operation? Do you enjoy developing and managing relationships with customers?
If you have experience working in the materials handling sector or have related experience in a sales environment, then we could have the right role for you. We have a range of sales roles across the UK; managing companies in a local area, new business development and in our corporate national team.
You will join a 12 week programme where you will learn all about our products and solutions, as well as help you to develop your sales skills. The training will be a combination of classroom training, practical workshops and mentoring with your regional manager. At the end of the programme you will be ready to start managing your area and developing new sales opportunities within your customer base.
Apprenticeship programme
Service - Apprenticeship programme
Do you have a passion for mechanics or engineering? Are you interested in servicing and maintaining a range of materials handling trucks? Do you want to work as part of a team to provide high quality service to customers?
The Toyota Service Technician Apprenticeship Programme is an entry level 3 year scheme to help you learn the basics of engineering, mechanics and hydraulics. With a combination of class and workshop learning, combined with onsite working, this will help you to develop the core skills to move into a service role.
