Rider-seated towing tractors
The Toyota Tracto towing range includes compact medium-duty tractors and larger, heavy-duty models, ranging up to to 30 t. The more compact 3-wheel models are suitable for towing applications such as just-in-time supply to production lines or high-speed indoor and outdoor transport. The 4-wheel range includes a variety of models to supply production or answer to other transport needs in hospitals, railway stations or airports.
Indoor movement of goods
The compact 3-wheel models, Tracto TTE40 and TTE71, are a good choice when parts need to be moved in the automotive industry or goods need transporting in distribution centres. The compactness and the 3-wheel steering mean a small turning radius, making those trucks particularly efficient also in more confined areas.
Comfortable outdoor towing
The tyres and outdoor protection make the Toyota tow tractors well suited for outdoor towing around railways and at airports. The fully enclosed cabin with the heating system (optional) makes the outdoor drive more comfortable and safer for the operator, even in busy environments like airports.
Moving heavy loads
The heavy-duty 4-wheel towing models are perfect for heavy load transportation up to 50 t. Durable design and high towing capacity make load handling safe for the operator, resulting in high productivity.
Transporting of small cargo
At industrial sites or airports there is sometimes a need to transport maintenance tools and other equipment. Platform trucks are the ideal choice when such flexibility is needed. Our platform trucks can carry up to 2t on the platform, with a towing capacity of 10 t.

The Tracto towing range has a variety of features and options to suit most towing applications.
Easy access
All models in the Tracto range come with a low step-in height for easy hop on/and off in many different applications, indoors or outdoors. The models (from 15 t) can be chosen with cabin, equipped with sliding doors for quicker access.
Inching buttons
To facilitate the coupling operation between tractor and trailer, the Tracto range comes with inching buttons to move the vehicle backwards and forwards. The inching buttons are particularly important to improve ergonomics and reduce the number of times the operator must hop on and off the truck.
Outdoor spec
The range comes with pneumatic tyres for smooth driving on uneven surfaces. For more operator protection in outdoor work environments, the Tracto models can come with a roof or cabin.
Carlike controls
The operator compartment is designed as in a car: steering wheel, pedals, controls within reach and a display with key information. A second seat (optional) can be added on the larger models.
Flexible platform solution
The platform trucks from Toyota have a convenient platform at the back to transport maintenance tools, special equipment or other small cargo.
Platform
The standard platform, made with durable material, comes without sideboards. Depending on the application and the type of load, sideboards can be ordered for safer transportation. Our platform trucks can carry up to 2 t.
Driver compartment
The seat and steering column can be adjusted to suit the operator, improving ergonomics. The display provides key information for efficient operations.
Inching buttons
Platform trucks can tow carriers up to 10 t. To make the coupling easier, inching buttons on the side of the truck allow control of the backward and forward movement of the vehicle.
Safety lights
To increase safety around the truck and to illuminate the area in front of the truck, the platform trucks from Toyota come with LED front and rear lights and turning indicators. Blue LED lights and flashing beacons are optionally available.
