Our hand pallet trucks are designed for a long lifetime of safe, reliable service. With carefully controlled and continuous tests we have measured how many work cycles can be accomplished by a BT Lifter. Built for reliability: Lifetime guarantee
Toyota is so confident in the results of its BT Lifter tests that it provides a unique guarantee: The BT Lifter hand pallet truck (Product code: LHM230) has a lifetime (99-year) functional guarantee on its fork frame. Comparable tests have shown other hand pallet trucks wear out and need to be replaced up to five times more often than a BT Lifter.
Toyota manual trucks deliver a long service life because they are built with up to 12 greasing points to allow lubrication, they have solid pushrods and robotised welding of the frames.

For low-clearance pallets
BT Low Lifter has a lowered fork height of just 75mm, making it ideal for applications using low-clearance pallets and load ledges to maximise space, whether with double or single forks. Lower fork height models also available (with 55 and 65 mm height).

The unique "easy-start" BT Pro Lifter makes getting a heavy load moving easy. By simply engaging the manual control lever, the steering arm provides leverage to get the load in motion, reducing effort by up to 67%.

When your operation needs an extra boost in productivity
With fully powered trucks, goods can be moved quicker, with less effort for the operator, increasing efficiency and productivity.
Manual trucks don’t need charging and can be used continuously. Thanks to the Li-ion battery on the BT Tyro opportunity charging is possible, meaning any time the truck is not used, it can be charged. Even as short as a 15-minute charge, so almost continuous operation can be ensured.

An entry-level powered pallet truck can make light-duty work smooth, fast, and with low strain on the operator. The lifting and driving functions, positioned on the truck's handle, will significantly simplify the operator's work, compared with a manual truck.
