DEFA ComfortKit 1400: 1 400 W interior heater kit for warm, comfortable, ice-free cabins in small and medium-sized vehicles
- DEFA ComfortKit 1400 is a complete interior heating kit for owners of small and medium-sized vehicles who do not require mobile control or a battery charger. It is designed for mild to moderately cold winters and includes the Termini™ II 1400 interior heater, 1.75 m Termini™ extension cable, PlugIn Y-connector, 2.5 m MiniPlug Xtreme connection cable, 1.5 m MiniPlug inlet cable and 1.0 m PlugIn extension cable.
- The 1 400 W cabin heater provides rapid heating and even temperature distribution. It helps create a warm, comfortable vehicle, keeps windows free from ice and condensation, and reduces strain on the engine during cold starts.
- PTC technology regulates power according to the cabin temperature. As the interior warms, power and energy consumption decrease. Thermal and electrical fuses provide protection against overheating, including if the heater is accidentally covered.
- The compact, lightweight heater measures 28 mm × 138 mm × 182 mm and weighs 0.595 kg. It can be mounted on the centre console or secured with an optional Velcro-mounted rack. A separate stand is available where permanent mounting is not possible.
- The kit operates at 230 V and is suitable for year-round installation. An engine heater is not included because it must be selected for the individual engine and vehicle model. If a DEFA engine heater is already installed, this kit provides a practical interior-heating upgrade.
