Introducting Toyota's Super Deduction Plus
At the recent Budget, The Chancellor Rishi Sunak announced The Super Deduction initiative aimed to encourage investment in new equipment. Toyota Material Handling UK are fully supporting this and are adding a further £1,000 cashback initiative on any counter balanced truck sold between 1st April and 30th June 2021.

Here's how it works:

Buy a new gas, diesel or electric counter balanced truck from Toyota.

Trade in your old counter balanced truck to be ethically recycled inline with Toyota’s sustainability policy. At the time of delivery of your new forklift we’ll collect the truck to be traded in.

Receive £1000 cashback credited to your Toyota account.

Claim 100% tax relief, plus an additional 30% from the Government's Super Deduction initiative (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/super-deduction)
Toyota's Super Deduction Plus Q&A
Any gas, electric or diesel counterbalanced forklift. Toyota Tonero and Toyota Traigo.
From 1 April 2021 until 31 March 2023, companies investing in qualifying new plant and machinery assets will be able to claim:
- a 130% super-deduction capital allowance on qualifying plant and machinery investments
- a 50% first-year allowance for qualifying special rate assets
The super-deduction will allow companies to cut their tax bill by up to 25p for every £1 they invest, ensuring the UK capital allowances regime is amongst the world’s most competitive.
