Designed for high-intensity stacking applications, the stand-in li-ion double stacker Toyota BT Staxio can handle double EURO pallets with a load capacity of 1t on the forks and 1t on the support arms. With a driving speed of up to 11.5km/h, the SSI200D is also ideal to load and unload lorries and for horizontal transport. The SSI160LN model with its overhead guard offers a safe driving experience with excellent visibility all around. It’s ideal to stack loads at elevated heights up to 5.4m in very narrow aisles. The compact chassis is designed around Li-ion modular batteries, for lower weight and energy consumption. Both models provide a safe, comfortable, and intuitive driving experience that allows for productive and efficient operations.

Both models offer a high-performance level. On the double stacker truck, the elevating support arms allow for dual carrying, letting you double your productivity. The support arms on the other model help overcome uneven surfaces, without compromising on stability, guaranteeing efficient operations.

The ergonomic charging connector makes opportunity charging quick, easy and safe. Both Staxio models come with a choice of 3 intelligent energy packs, based on Toyota's own high-density lithium-ion battery solutions, for lower energy consumption and costs savings.

Safe operations are made possible thanks to automatic speed reduction controlling cornering speeds. A protective overhead guard and the enclosed driver compartment guarantee comfortable and safe driving.

BT Staxio li-ion S-series ‘D’ model has been designed for double EURO pallet handling to increase productivity. The standing position of the driver within the enclosed driver compartment allows for high visibility and flexibility without compromising on safety.
High driveability
Compact dimensions and tight turning radius ensure optimal driveability and stacking in confined and congested areas.
Safe operation
The driver stays safe within the operator compartment thanks to automatic speed reduction when taking curves and stacking, limited vibration thanks to the dampened floor, blue LED warning light, and operator presence sensors.
