This BT Optio low level order picker with elevating platform provides high-intensity order picking at the first and second levels. The truck ensures optimum productivity by offering fast travelling speeds and easy on/off access, allowing for shorter operating time and excellent truck usability

Elevating platform

For second level picking, this model comes with a platform that elevates to 1 m. Easy to control via the E-man steering system and the hands-free lowering system.

E–man Steering System

Allows the operator to move the steering column to either side of the central position, enabling the operator to move the truck backward/forward while walking alongside the vehicle. A steering safety feature protects the operator when the truck is not in the normal operating position.

Optimised truck performance

Reduces speed when the drive wheel angle exceeds 25° or when there is a load on the forks, reducing the risk of accidents and damaged goods.

Storage

Shrinkwrap and tools can be stored within easy reach.

E-bar

Optional powered E-bar lets you mount ancillary equipment easily.

Smart truck

Smart trucks come with telematics hardware as standard. These trucks can easily be connected with I_Site from Toyota, offering insights into battery management, geolocation, shocks, and much more.
