We're looking for a Business Graduate to be a part of our 3-year Graduate programme here at Toyota Material Handling UK. If you've recently graduated with a University Degree in any Business discipline and have the desire to learn and develop your skills, then this is the role for you.
What does the graduate role look like?
The graduate role here at Toyota Material Handling involves participating in rotational placements to gain a broader understanding of the business in the first year with the following two years providing a range of further work experience in various business areas whilst managing business projects. Here is a more detailed list of what you can expect:
- Rotational placements across the business to learn about different functions
- Supporting with various business division responsibilities
- Regularly communicating with and developing your Graduate Support Network
- Undertaking all aspects of project management including planning, conducting research and analysis and providing final evaluations and recommendations
- Participating in various learning and development opportunities to develop skills, abilities and knowledge

The Toyota graduate programme is 3 years.
As you will experience key areas of the business, you will take part in rotational placements across the UK.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in a number of projects that will challenge you and help you to develop, and help us to achieve our message.
We are looking for somebody who has recently graduated with a University Degree in any Business Discipline achieving a 2:1 or above and has the desire to learn and develop their skills and abilities.
