We are currently looking for a Senior Manager - Sustainability and QHS to provide strategic leadership, drive excellence and create a positive culture for sustainability, quality, health and safety across the organisation. This role can be based in either Castleford or Leicester.

Strong interpersonal skills including communication, relationship building, negotiation, decision making and the influencing people.
High level of self-management skills including organisation and planning, self-motivation, creating thinking and emotional intelligence.
Competent in Microsoft Office packages
Sustainability or Environmental Management qualification at degree level or above
Knowledge of Quality, health and safety or relevant qualification E.g. IOSH, NEBOSH
Knowledge of Climate change and the reduction of carbon footprint by scope
Practical understanding of reporting and relevant certifications
Energy management experience
Experience in sustainability management and strategy development.
Strong analytical capability and the ability to analyse data and find timely solutions to problems.
Excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
