Skipper post & base system

If you need a stanchion post with a retractable belt, both indoors and outdoors, use this post and base system and attach a Skipper unit to rapidly create a 9 meter barrier. The base can be filled with water or sand for improved stability and the post is a twist-locked into position. A Skipper unit or post and base cap attach to the top of the post with a secure snap fit.
