This kit is the ideal solution for owners of large vehicles and owners of medium vehicles who live in areas with severe winters. The Termini™ 2100 interior heater has two output levels: 1350W and 2100W. It rabidly heats the interior of your vehicle even in very low temperatures.
This is a complete kit that includes Termini™ 2100 interior heater with 2 output levels: 1350W and 2100W, Termini™ extension cable (1,75m), PlugIn Y-connector, MiniPlug connection cable (2,5m), MiniPlug inlet cable (1,5m), PlugIn extension cable (1,0m).
Note! Engine heaters must be designed for individual engines and car models. For this reason the engine heater is not included. If you already have a DEFA engine heater installed, this kit can be used to upgrade your system with an interior heater.
The cabin heater is equipped with PTC technology that regulates power based on prevailing temperature conditions. As the temperature of the compartment increases, the power decreases and thus the energy consumption. The cabin heater is equipped with both thermal and electrical fuses that protect against overheating. If you happen to cover the heater with a jacket, the fuse blows and the heater will turn off.
Tests show that the heater provides quick heating and even temperature distribution throughout the cabin. This reduces the connection time and hence the power consumption.
The cabin heater can either be mounted stationarily on the vehicle center console or attached to a rack mounted with Velcro strap (accessory). The cabin heaters are so small and light that they can stay mounted all year round. In those cases where permanent heating of the passenger compartment heater is not possible, there is a separate stand that is placed underneath the vehicle carpet and fastened with Velcro strap.
