You've got the power - introducing the new BT Levio LWE130 powered pallet truck

One of our values is Kaizen, which means continuous improvement and we have followed this philosophy when designing the new BT Levio LWE130 to make it more compact, energy efficient and easier for you to use.

The LWE130 can transport loads of up to 1.3 tonnes over short to medium distances at a travel speed of up to 5.5km per hour. It has a compact chassis which makes it ideal for use in confined spaces, like the back of delivery vehicles and the low operating noise levels make it suitable for use at night or in hospitals.

One of the main changes is the updates we have made to the tiller arm of the truck. We’ve added our innovative Click-2-Creep function which is activated by double-clicking the control lever and sets the truck to creep speed that allows more sensitive control and movement in tight spaces. Along with this, there is the capability to program driver parameters for added operator comfort.

The truck is equipped with a low maintenance AC motor which provides high levels of durability but is also energy efficient thanks to its low energy consumption. The truck also has a built in mains charger for fast and convenient charging. If you are using this truck in the back of delivery vehicles, there is the option of an in vehicle charging system which features intelligent control to only work when the engine is running on the vehicle transporting it.

The LWE130 is also designed to be compatible with the I_Site truck management system which allows you to monitor truck utilisation, detect impacts in real time and control operator access by the use of a PIN code.
