About the role
Applicants must be self-motivated and passionate about driving great service. The role requires somebody with a high level of accuracy and attention to details with general administration skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

Do you have:
- Proven customer service skills with experience of working in a forward facing customer services environment.
- Good telephone and communication skills.
- The ability to see tasks through to completion, working on your own initiative as well as being a valued member of a team.
- I.T Literacy.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
