About the role 

This role will encompass traditional telemarketing phone conversations with a much greater responsibility for digital interaction with customers including but not limited to:

• First point of contact and ownership for all Ecommerce (Digital) Forklift transactions
• Web online chat functionality across several technical areas of the business
• Dedicated Marketing Campaign Leads and Appointment generation
• Project based appointment generation
• Sales area appointment generation

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a telemarketing background with excellent customer service skills.
