About the role 

Toyota is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk with experience of working within an accounts and payable function.

• You will ensure all Accounts Payable information is recorded in an accurate and orderly manner to standards required by law and the needs of the company
• Ensure all suppliers are paid within our Company terms and conditions
• Answering supplier and Team Member queries
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Processing and validating authorised supplier invoices through to payment
• Supporting Accounts Payable Department with processing general administration as required


Who are we looking for?

Do you have:

• Experience in Accounts Payable?
• Excellent communication skills?
• Good Excel skills (to V Look up)?
• ERP system experience such as SAP,Movex,M3?
• live locally..(e.g. SL Post code)
