We are currently looking to recruit an experienced credit controller based in Slough.
About the job – the main responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role include:
To operate all procedures related to credit control in accordance with the routines and programmes laid down.
To respond to all queries made by customers relating to their accounts promptly and accurately.
To ensure that legal action is always taken to recover outstanding debts where appropriate, according to laid down routines, for all customers within your control.
To ensure that complete records are maintained reflecting all credit control activities and communications with customers undertaken by yourself.
Who are we looking for
All you need to apply is:
Minimum 2 years credit control experience
Be a team player
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous
