Essentially, having a Thorough Examination inspection on your forklift truck is similar to having an MOT inspection on your car but it’s much more vigorous than that.
It is a legal requirement that you have regular Thorough Examinations on all trucks with forks, this includes counterbalance, warehouse, telehandling and rough terrain equipment and applies to all trucks which you own, lease or hire.
