Rental Contracts Administrator - Chilwell

We are looking for a temporary (6 months) Rental contract administrator to work in our business administration centre in Chilwell, Nottingham to provide administrative support for customers and internal departments. About the role 

The role involves providing administration support for our rental contracts team. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
  • Respond to all incoming requests for information from customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all enquiries are completed to a satisfactory level
  • Support customers, suppliers and stakeholders by providing accurate and timely information
  • To maintain and update contract information and records
  • Raise invoices and credits in line with agreed terms
  • Terminate contracts in line with customer instructions
  • Arrange truck movements and collections

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has experience working as an administrator providing first-class levels of administration support. This role required someone who is able to manage a busy work load and can deal with customer information in a professional and manner.

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Effective planning and organisation skills
