We are currently looking to recruit a Telemarketing Team Leader with a proven track record in coaching high performing teams engaged in telemarketing activities.
About the job – the main responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role include:
Managing, coaching and developing a team of telemarketing team members to ensure productivity targets are met using performance and KPI monitoring.
Working closely with the marketing team to support different campaign activity
Who are we looking for
All you need to apply is:
A passion for developing and coaching people
Proven experience in performance management and call monitoring
Good IT knowledge, especially of Microsoft Office and use of CRM systems and databases
Strong organisational and planning skills
Good decision making and problem solving skills
