Fleet Management Centre Gateman - Old Dalby

We are currently looking to recruit a Gateman at our Fleet Management Centre in Old Dalby.

Your role will consist of managing the material handling equipment movements of used trucks at FMC, and liaising with customers, visitors and suppliers.

About the job – the main responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Accepting inbound deliveries on site and managing outbound collections

  • Booking in and grading of inbound materials handling equipment

  • Photography of all used inbound machines

  • Liaising with the trade team on all orders

  • General labouring duties

Who are we looking for

All you need to apply is:

  • Practical experience in warehousing operations

  • Good time management skills

  • IT competent and system literate

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of materials handling equipment

  • The ability to multi task

  • Strong organisational skills
