We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant at our office in Slough.
About the job – the main responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role include:
To deal with day to day enquiries in relation to the Managing Director, Financial Director and the Senior Management team, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
Proficiently providing a fast, accurate and timely secretarial service with communication systems such as Outlook, Communicator and WebEx.
In the absence of the Managing Director, Financial Director and Senior Management team, to take required action or refer matters to the appropriate party as necessary.
Other unique personal tasks include company business/air travel, long service recognition rewards, all conference management activities, organisation and management including annual colleague visits etc.

Proficient communication skills both verbal and written
Conversant with all function related IT programs and processes
Strong organisation and planning skills
Proficient administrative skills
Proven ability to prioritise workload and self-manage tasks and time
