Our three basic service levels:
Full Service
- We are responsible for the function, reliability, and maintenance of your individual truck or your entire fleet. The price is fixed and include genuine Toyota parts. Full service guarantees the high truck performance and availability your company needs.
Preventative Maintenance - Preventative maintenance is an effective way to prevent unplanned downtime and costly repairs. We are responsible for maintaining your trucks according to a preset plan and ensuring that they meet all safety requirements.
Safety Inspection - With a greater emphasis on health and safety it is vital that all materials handling equipment complies with all relevant regulation. With the Toyota safety inspection, you can ensure that your truck fleet is always in compliance with safety standards set by national laws and regulating bodies.
When you need more:
On-site Technician - Companies with large fleets can profit by having a Toyota technician on-site. On-site technicians are Toyota employees, but they work as part of your team to ensure the reliability and safety of the truck fleet.
24-hour Service - Many companies work round the clock – and so does Toyota Material Handling. We can provide service and maintenance 24 hours a day, whenever you need it.
Single maintenance agreement for all makes of trucks - If your material handling fleet is not manufactured by Toyota or BT, we can still provide your forklift maintenance solution.
Specific agreements - Adapted contracts for special needs. Although we have basic contract types we are always searching for a solution that fits your individual needs.
